Permanent jewellery & aftercare
Does the weld hurt?
Not even a little. We use a quick, tiny arc weld on the jump ring — you'll see a small spark, feel nothing, and be admiring your wrist about four seconds later.
How long does permanent jewellery last?
Until you decide otherwise. 14k gold fill and sterling silver are made for daily wear. If it ever catches and breaks (or stretches) bring it in and we will repair it for no charge up to 6 months after your appointment date. After that, studio repairs are $15 for each re-weld or resize.
Can I take it off for surgery, an MRI, or airport security?
Snip the jump ring with a pair of household scissors and save the chain — we'll weld it right back on after. Bracelets removed for medical reasons will be re-welded for no charge even after your 6 month warranty has expired. Airport scanners are fine; our chains are dainty enough to fly under the radar.
How do I care for it?
Basically: live your life. Rinse well after exposure to chlorine and salt water or after workouts. Avoid spraying perfume directly on your pieces. Wipe from time to time with a polishing cloth. Whisper loving affirmations to it daily.
What if my chain breaks?
Save it and text us at 778-549-1805, we will book you a repair appointment.
Sizing & fit
How do you size permanent jewellery?
Time and care is taken to adjust the chain as many times as required to get a perfect fit for you. You will never have to leave our jewellery store saying “I loved that bracelet, too bad it wasn't my size.”
Shipping & returns
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes — or pick up free at our Surrey studio. Untracked Canada Post is a flat $7.50, usually 2–7 business days. All prices in CAD.
What's your return policy?
Unworn handmade pieces: 14 days, full refund, no drama. Earrings, custom work, and gift cards are final sale (hygiene and one-of-one reasons).
Is it gift-wrapped?
Everything arrives in one of our velvet pouches. Add a hand-written gift note at checkout — we have excellent penmanship and we love a secret.
Events & Charm Bar policies
How do Charm Bar tickets work?
Grab a seat online — your ticket covers all hardware, charm bar access, and the sips and snacks listed on the event. Seats are limited and they genuinely do sell out.
Can I reschedule my ticket or appointment?
Life happens — give us 48 hours and we'll move you to any open date. Under 48 hours, tickets transfer to a friend (lucky her).
What does a private party need?

Do you do bridal parties?
It's our favourite thing we do. Matching permanent jewellery for the group, champagne, and a "connected forever" photo moment. Book early for summer weddings.
