Shipping
- Canada Post from Surrey, BC. All prices in CAD.
- Flat $7.50 untracked shipping, anywhere in Canada.
- Most orders ship within 2 business days and arrive in 2–7.
- Local? Choose free studio pickup at checkout and come say hi.
Returns & exchanges
- Unworn handmade pieces: 14 days from delivery, full refund to original payment.
- Earrings, custom commissions, and gift cards are final sale (hygiene and one-of-one reasons).
- Something arrived broken? Photo + order number to hello@dirtybirdjewellery.ca and we'll make it right — no forms, no fuss.
Permanent jewellery
Welded pieces can't be returned (they're literally attached to you), but your first re-weld is free — save the chain and text 778-549-1805.
