Privacy
We collect the minimum, sell nothing, and only email you if you asked us to.
What we collect
- Orders: name, shipping address, email — processed securely by Shopify. We never see or store card numbers.
- Bookings: name and contact details in our booking calendar so your appointment exists.
- Newsletter: your email, only if you signed up. Unsubscribe in one click, no guilt trip.
- Analytics: anonymous page-view stats so we know which pieces you love.
What we never do
Sell your data, share it beyond the services above, or text you without a reason. Marketing messages only ever come from a list you joined.
Questions or deletions
Email hello@dirtybirdjewellery.ca and we'll fix, export, or delete your info within 30 days.
