What we collect

• Orders: name, shipping address, email — processed securely by Shopify. We never see or store card numbers.
• Bookings: name and contact details in our booking calendar so your appointment exists.
• Newsletter: your email, only if you signed up. Unsubscribe in one click, no guilt trip.
• Analytics: anonymous page-view stats so we know which pieces you love.

What we never do

Sell your data, share it beyond the services above, or text you without a reason. Marketing messages only ever come from a list you joined.
